Job Description
- Administrative support for the team
- Preparation and processing of documents
- Communication with applicants and clients
- Data entry into the internal system
- Organizing and archiving documentation
- Other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- German language – minimum level B2 (mandatory)
- Driving license – an advantage
- Responsible attitude and reliability
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
