Salary
- Starting salary: €16.24 gross per hour (including 8.33% holiday allowance)
- Base hourly wage: €14.99 gross
- Salary depends on position and previous experience
Overtime Rates:
- Hours above 42 per week: 125% (€18.73 gross/hour)
- Hours above 44 per week: 150% (€22.46 gross/hour)
Payment
- Weekly (every Thursday for the previous worked week)
Work Shifts
- Multiple shifts depending on production:
- 05:00 – 18:00 (start at 04:30)
- 07:15 – 20:00 (start at 06:45)
- 06:00 – 17:00
- 05:00 – 06:00
- 17:00 – 03:00 (cleaning shift)
- Minimum 11 working hours per day (may vary depending on production)
- 4 working days, 1 day off (reserve), or 5 working days by agreement with the employer
- Vacation requests must be submitted at least 2 days in advance
Job Description
- Processing chicken and exotic meat products in a chilled environment (approximately 10°C)
- Working on the production line, including elevated workstations
- Packing, weighing, cutting, and portioning meat products
- Stacking crates weighing approximately 10 kg each
- Working with knives and production equipment
- Cleaning production areas during night shifts
Requirements
- No language skills required
- Good physical condition
- Willingness to work in a cold environment
- Ability to work in an international team
- No facial piercings, earrings, beards, heavy makeup, or perfume permitted during work
- Responsible and reliable approach to work
