Job Description

  • Preparing ingredients: Careful selection and preparation of flour, yeast, water, sugar, salt, and other ingredients.
  • Dough kneading: A critical step where ingredients are mixed and dough is prepared for the next stages.
  • Fermentation: Letting the dough rest and rise to achieve the right texture and flavor of bread or pastries.
  • Shaping: Forming bread or pastries before baking – a skill that can take years to master.
  • Baking: The key step that determines the final quality. Temperature and baking time are precisely set.
  • Distribution of bakery products.

Requirements

  • German language level A2 or higher
  • Driver’s license – at least one per group
  • Car required

Location

  • Germany

Accommodation

  • Single or shared room (2 people per room)
  • €20 to €30 per day

Transportation to Work

  • Accommodation is 10–20 minutes from the workplace.
  • Prefers applicants with their own car.
