Job Description
- Preparing ingredients: Careful selection and preparation of flour, yeast, water, sugar, salt, and other ingredients.
- Dough kneading: A critical step where ingredients are mixed and dough is prepared for the next stages.
- Fermentation: Letting the dough rest and rise to achieve the right texture and flavor of bread or pastries.
- Shaping: Forming bread or pastries before baking – a skill that can take years to master.
- Baking: The key step that determines the final quality. Temperature and baking time are precisely set.
- Distribution of bakery products.
Requirements
- German language level A2 or higher
- Driver’s license – at least one per group
- Car required

- Single or shared room (2 people per room)
- €20 to €30 per day
Transportation to Work
- Accommodation is 10–20 minutes from the workplace.
- Prefers applicants with their own car.
