Bartender – Netherlands 

Salary

• From €2350 net/month for 152 hours worked
• Other option is from €17.65 gross/hour including 18.33% holiday bonus with each paycheck

Job Description

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel standards.
• Greet guests, take orders, and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, glassware, and equipment.
• Restock and organize bar supplies to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow hotel policies, safety regulations, and quality standards at all times.

Requirements

• Work experience in the given position for at least one year in the last 3 years.
• Knowledge of the English language at level A2, B1.

Location

• 4 star and 5 star hotels in the Netherlands

Accommodation

• Accommodation and meals are provided by the employer at discounted prices.
• Each job offer has specific accommodation prices.
• Accommodation is deducted from the salary or paid separately to the hotel.

Transportation to Work

• Accommodation directly in the hotel, or the hotel provides transportation.
