Salary – Self-Employment (A1 / ZZP)

  • €30–33 per hour

Job Description

  • Preparing vehicle surfaces before painting
  • Sanding, cleaning, and filling dents, scratches, and imperfections
  • Mixing and applying primers, paints, and clear coats
  • Operating spray guns and professional painting equipment
  • Inspecting paint quality, colour matching, and final finish
  • Maintaining the spray booth, tools, and equipment
  • Following the latest Sikkens painting techniques and standards

Requirements

  • English or Dutch language skills
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a car painter or vehicle prep technician
  • Experience with sanding equipment and preparation tools
  • Knowledge of automotive spray-painting techniques and materials
  • Good colour perception and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Own workwear and safety shoes (can be arranged if necessary)

Location

  • Goes or Vlissingen, Netherlands

Accommodation

  • Single room: €170 per week
  • Studio: €225 per week
  • Shared room: €140 per week

Transportation to Work

  • Company car available:
    • €125 per week (single driver)
    • €65 per week (shared by 2 or more people)
  • Travel allowance of €0.23/km on a Dutch employment contract
  • No travel allowance for A1 / ZZP contractors
